Please note: the cards pictured on this site are 100% proxies. As such, it is up to you to be responsible in the way that you handle and play with them. Do not ever pass them off as authentic or play them in sanctioned tournaments without prior judge approval (assuming you already own the original card) They do pass some tests, but fail others (which is how you can distinguish them from authentic cards). Nevertheless, they are very high quality.
When you buy a card, you are not actually paying for the card. What you are paying for is material, shipping and handling costs. The cards themselves have no value.
Proxies are a great way to:
- Introduce variety into your play style
- Discover and learn about new cards and strategies
- Test new deck and strategy possibilities
- Play kitchen table / casual magic with your friends/play group
- Play in a format you would otherwise not be able to afford to
Proxies should not be used to:
- Sell or trade to shops or peers as an authentic card
- Play in sanctioned DCI events and tournaments
